ArkHive Installation
See how ArkHive is installed and prepared for use with a standard Langstroth hive. This video walks through site preparation, setting the anchor poles, positioning the ArkHive, and securing the hive for use.
ArkHive® is designed for installation with 8-ft. anchor poles installed approximately 2 ft. into the ground and secured in concrete, leaving approximately 6 ft. above ground. Taller poles may be used at the installer’s discretion; however, performance with taller poles has not been established, and results may vary.
Important: Call 811 before digging. Follow local requirements and the complete ArkHive installation instructions before use.
